YoGeo MapTalk ® solves an important problem for millions of users: people are trying to communicate while navigating and others are navigating while communicating.

YoGeo MapTalk® converges these requirements on to a single, elegant interface. All parties in a conversation are visually positioned on a map interface, so that each person’s absolute location is known with GPS co-ordinates. Furthermore, the map interface shows the relative locations of the participants in the chat session, whether they are across the city or across the globe.

The location of each participant and other waypoints in the vicinity, can be enhanced by a YoGeo feature called “Smart Address”. This Smart Address which has a format of ABnn ABn ABn ABnn, is coded for the geo-location, but is enriched with a variable set of attributes that can describe the location, its identity, features, contact details and instructions. For instance, the Smart Address of an individual can identify the User, Contact Instructions, Tracking Options, and any Instructions such as for deliveries. The Smart Address for a restaurant can provide details of its Menu, Reservation options and any Discounts or Dynamic Offers.

YoGeo MapTalk® can be used for routine consumer purposes: family members staying in touch for social reasons or to ensure the safety of a member of the family commuting from school, friends communicating to meet after work or during an outing, and for professionals to stay in touch during a conference.
